Sruti is nothing short of a GODSEND! We were in the market for buying a house in a very tough market and had to do this process from out of state which added another element of difficulty. Sruti worked with us on dates when we could come into town for showings and also did several virtual showings for us when possible. When we finally found our dream home, we faced a few hurdles with our mortgage company with the appraisal coming back at less than offer price. Sruti did some very thorough research to appeal the appraisal successfully! Both Sruti and her partner Michelle were on top of any follow ups required with multiple parties including the lender, seller's agent and attorneys ! We were also worried about being able to attend our closing with 2 very young children and when I asked Sruti for some recommendations on babysitters, she told me not to worry about it. She watched and entertained both our little tikes throughout the closing process and there is truly no better gift we could ask for! Even a few months after closing, we text her for anything we need being new to the area and she gets back to us right away. She truly goes above and beyond and when we do decide to sell and perhaps buy again, I cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else !!!

Sruti went above and beyond helping with my old tenant moving out and finding a new tenant in a timely manner.
